MSVR is thrilled to once again be the sporting provider for this year’s Hankook FIA Formula E London E-Prix. While the London E-Prix always brings a great deal of excitement to the East London dockside and beyond, this year’s edition is set to be even more special as it’s the closing round of Season 10.
The highly-anticipated finale will take place this weekend (July 20/21) and New Zealand’s Nick Cassidy is the favourite to seal the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship crown. The Auckland-born driver will be doing all he can to win in front of the London crowd and MSVR is delighted to play it’s part in what will be a special day – for whichever driver ends up taking home the championship title!
Formula E maintains a distinguished stature, reinforced by the extremely reputable drivers and teams involved, with the likes of: McLaren, Porsche and Jaguar all boasting impressive driver rosters. In addition, Formula E’s dynamic calendar continues to go from strength to strength, visiting some of the most iconic cities in the world – from Monaco and Mexico City, to Sao Paulo and Shanghai.
MSVR couldn’t be more excited to continue its successful partnership with Formula E, having been the sporting provider at all of the previous London rounds, including the inaugural visits to Battersea Park in 2015 and 2016. The club’s responsibilities include the provision and management of national event officials, technical scrutineers, medical and fire cover, plus pit and track marshals.
The success of the previous London events was due in no small part to the hard work of the many volunteer marshals and officials, and we once again express our thanks to all those who give up their valuable time to enable the racing to happen.
